At Twisted Tees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all of our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Products

All items sold at Twisted Tees are custom printed after you place your order. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply don't like the product.

Defective or Damaged Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to printing errors
  • Significantly different from the product description
  • Wrong item or size sent

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Processing Time
