Shipping Policy for Twisted Tees

Processing Time
All Twisted Tees products are made-to-order and custom printed just for you. This means:
- Production time: 2-7 business days after your order is placed
- Shipping time: Varies by location and shipping method selected
- Total delivery time: Production time + shipping time
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days after production
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days after production
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that Alaska and Hawaii may have longer delivery times and higher shipping costs.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties and import taxes (paid by recipient)
- Longer delivery times due to customs processing
- Additional fees charged by your country
Twisted Tees is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Twisted Tees is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- File a claim with the shipping carrier
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Order Modifications
Because production begins quickly after you place your order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at [your email]. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.
